Anarchy in CTK
This year's A Level Art exam was on the topic of "Punk" and two of our students, Natalie Brown and Emma Stone responded to this theme with a great amount of creativity and enthusiasm. Mr. Callow was able to supply them with a lot of ideas and inspiration, himself a survivor of those heady days of 1977, when anarchy and rebellion briefly took over the UK music charts and day-glo socks, safety pins and stencilled t shirts were the order of the day.
The examples of their work feature digital photography and photo- montage work and are of a very high standard, remarkably capturing the spirit of rebellion that was the essence of the punk movement.
