Year 7 Netbooks Project
For those who were not able to come to the presentation last week, or who did not get their forms back to school by Monday the good news is that we can still accept some late returns. The e-Learning Foundation who manage the scheme have given us an extension so please get forms back ASAP.
It is important to realise that we do not wish any pupil to be excluded from the scheme on the basis of affordability and if you wish to participate but genuinely cannot afford the suggested donation please indicate this on the form and return it.
The scheme is run as a charity and to meet the criteria for this it is essential that families return both the acceptance letter and the survey form.

The computer we intend to provide is a Samsung netbook. These come in a variety of specifications, but the one to check out for this project is the Samsung N140. Details of the product can be located here.
