DT: Target Market

For this assignment you are expected to create an unusual target market for a particular product, a list of which is given to you on the task sheet.  You will be expected to produce several pieces of work for this assignment.  Your work should include:

• A description of your target market.
• A detailed sketch of your target market.
• Write a specification including ten points for your chosen product.

The homework is specifically linked to the design process and in particular allowing you to become familiar with how to write a specification.  By completing this assignment you will develop your knowledge, skills and understanding of the design process and how as a designer you can use this in every task you undertake in Design and Technology.
