Careers
Careers education and guidance makes a major contribution to preparing young people for the opportunities, responsibilities, and experiences of life. At Christ the King Catholic High School and Sixth Form Centre there is a planned progressive programme of activities that supports young people when choosing 14 – 19 pathways and beyond, that suits their interests and abilities and enables them to plan their career and sustain employability throughout their working lives.
We are hosting a mock interview event for our Year 11 pupils on the 19th November 2024. We are looking for volunteers from all different types of employment to assist us in the interviewing process. The event lasts all day but lunch and refreshments are provided. If you could possibly give up some of your time we would be very grateful, as would our Year 11 pupils. If you need any further information or are available to help then please contact Mrs O'Connor-Green at greev@christtheking-school.com.
